Tio Pepe is a Fino style, the most delicate and elegante of the Sherry styles, aged for 4 years under the flor, a unique layer of yeast produced naturally in Jerez.
 
medium dry and medium bodied. Quite rounded. Still quite fruity: some zesty grapefruit, juicy lemon and apple. A moderately saline note towards the end, ending in a salty / bitter finale and clear acetaldehyde notes.
