Mezcal Amores Espad?n Joven is made with 10 year old agave Espadin by Javier ??Che Burras?? in Mitla, Oaxaca. 
 
The agaves are cooked in an underground oven using Red Oak which give the mezcal a smokiness.
The appearance is soft body with decks, bright tones. Nose is citrus, lightly smoked, aromas & persistent notes of wild flowers and wetland. 
 
The taste is soft, smooth and well balanced, freshly harvested Agave notes, touch of almonds with hints of orange zest. And the final is pure, open, pleasant and delicate with subtle notes of pink pepper.
