Made from Quebranta grapes, Macchu Pisco is a brand of Peruvian Pisco that recalls the earliest examples of this Andean Spirit. Distilled in Copper pot stills using only the hearts of distillation, the Macchu Pisco is a lightly aromatic, smooth Pisco, with hints of wood, smoke, pepper, and spices.
