A classy gin that is inspired by the aromas and gastronomy of Barcelona. The main spirit is initially distilled with juniper berries before being combined with spirit containing the more delicate botanicals. 
 
These have been steeped for four days before being distilled separately in a low-pressure, low-temperature evaporator. The botanicals used include classic Mediterranean and more exotic ingredients. 
 
All being fresh, including lemon peel from Murcia, cedrat peel from Valencia and laurel also from Spain. The more exotic ingredients include kaffir lime leaves sourced from Thailand, black cardamom from India and finally coriander seeds from Egypt
