Established since 2009, FAIR Spirits is an independent spirit producer dedicated to premium products combining fair trade, sustainable development and French expertise. The sugar and molasses used in this rum come from the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association, a cooperative encompassing 6,000 small farmers. Bottled at 43% ABV, this vintage has been refined in chestnut tree casks. The maturation transfers to the rum a complex and exotic profile and spicy aromas.
